I follow the Auto Immune Protocol diet, it's not easy but I've had great success with it, was on 25mg pred a day and 500mg Methylpred once a month with symptoms, since going on the diet I'm down to 10mg pred a day and symptom free. Still hoping to get lower. There are other diets too including the Wahls protocol which is one I've looked into. Personally I've found gluten, dairy, alcohol chocolate and caffeine to be definite triggers for me, I'm sure there are many other more subtle ones I've yet to become aware of. Diet definitely helps.
